These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sprexel's website, applications, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Paid features, subscriptions, and credits are subject to pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. You authorize applicable fees and taxes. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content excluding your content, are owned by or licensed to Caribbean Tech Valley, Inc. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.
